Execute your plan.

Let the rubber meet the road. Each task will take a little time to master; however, by posting daily and reviewing your content each month, your business will have a social media impact.

We suggest linking the step by step guides and templates to your task calendar to make it easy to complete your tasks.
Monthly Task Execution
  • Write a month of social posts

    1. Open the social media schedule template.

    2. Make a copy of the template and rename it.

    3. Complete the template by adding posts for each of the platforms.

Daily Tasks Execution
  • Post to your social accounts

Each day log into your social account and copy and paste your post from your social schedule to your post.

To save time, try using a social media scheduling platform like hootsuite or hubspot. Please note, monthly fees may apply depending on your subscription.

For specific help, go to the platforms help center:

    Facebook

    Twitter

    Instagram

    YouTube

    Pintrest

Assess your plan.

It is important to give your posts some time to generate leads. Equally important is reviewing the effort of the marketing campaign vs the results.

If things are going well, put more into it.  If not, adjust to see what you can do to get more out of it.
  • Review impact of social posts

    1. Go to your Facebook company page and review impressions, clicks, and shares. Are you trending up? What is the impact of your increased brand awareness?

    2. Go to Google Analytics and review the impact to your site traffic, your lead conversions, and sales if applicable.

Adjust and Repeat

Don't give up on social media marketing if you are not seeing an immediate, direct impact. Try adjusting your content.  Think about why would your audience care about your message. And most importantly, make sure you answer the question "what's in it for me?" (me being your audience).

If it is working, try adding some more social platforms to your monthly content writing routine. Also, try boosting some posts that had good organic engagement.
