Never miss a Facebook Comment, Instagram Comment, or Direct Message With This Little Known Trick.

Justin Babcock • October 19, 2021

As a business owner, you know communication is essential,

and Social Media certainly has changed how you communicate. Your customers send direct messages. They comment on posts, and they interact in different ways.

“I just gave you a call”

“I just sent you a message”

“I just left a comment”

You think you caught it all, but how can you be sure?

Try this. Check your Facebook Business Suite inbox. Yep, Facebook has made it easier for you to stay on top of your communications. Simply go to the
Facebook Inbox. If the quick link doesn’t work, you can navigate to your Inbox by:

   1)   Going to
facebook.com

   2)  From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.

   3)  Go to the Page you'd like to see messages from.

   4)  Click Inbox in the left menu of your Page.

You can toggle between Facebook comments, Instagram comments, Messenger, and if you want, you can put the messenger plug-in on your website! Using the Facebook inbox will keep your business communications organized and efficient.

Best of all, you can delegate access to employees. They can handle the operations, and you can oversee the process.
